格倫代爾希爾頓酒店 (Hilton Los Angeles North-Glendale & Executive Meeting Center)

商務出行版 這次來拉斯維加斯參加CES展會，選的這家酒店太省心了！位置離展館很近，打車十來分鐘就到。房間整潔寬敞，床品舒適，出差疲憊感一掃而空。前台服務高效熱情，商務中心設施齊全，打印文件很方便。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有。性價比超高，下次來參展還會首選這家！ 舒適旅居版 拉斯維加斯的這家酒店入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨溫馨，採光好，床品柔軟得讓人一夜好眠。酒店環境安靜，完全聽不到街麵喧囂。工作人員熱情周到，有需求都能及時響應。早餐的美式鬆餅和鮮榨果汁超讚，周邊還有不少美食小店。不管是出差還是遊玩，都很值得推薦！ 簡潔實用版 這家酒店位置便利，出行購物都很方便。房間寬敞明亮，衞生狀況滿分，洗漱用品齊全。床品舒適，睡眠質量很高。前台服務貼心，辦理入住退房都很快。早餐種類不算多但味道不錯，性價比很高。整體沒有踩雷，是一次很舒心的入住體驗。

방이 커서 좋았어요. 창문도 엄청 컸지만 열리는건 조금만 열립니다. 1층에 기프트샵에서 신라면 큰컵을 팔지만 5불이 넘었던 것 같습니다. 길 건너편에 트레이더조 있어 아주 좋습니다. 위치는 조금 아쉬운편.

房間還是蠻乾淨的，設施有點舊了，但能接受。對面有個 trade joes，離開Glendale Galleria 購物中心不遠，步行 20 分鐘左右，開車 8 分鐘

Hotel room was not clean upto Hilton standards , also bathroom shower was not working , we informed housekeeping twice than someone came, he said some technical issue will be ok in sometime .waited for long , than nothing changed , me n my daughters left without having bath . Was frustrating. Informed front no intention of help or compensation as I am Hilton honours member . Kindly contact hotel and request for refund

Overall a bit aged but still well maintained with private parking. However, a lot of cracking noise during midnight; was a a run-down with the supernatural without us knowing (just kidding)?

My recent stay at the Hilton Hotel in Glendale was far from the luxury and comfort I expected from a Hilton property. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The lobby felt dated, and the overall atmosphere was far from welcoming. The room was a major letdown. The furniture was old and worn out, the carpet had stains, and the bathroom felt like it hadn’t been updated in decades. The decor was stuck in the 90s, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. For the price I paid, I expected a much more modern and well-maintained space. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The staff was unfriendly and seemed indifferent to guests' needs. When I asked for assistance with an issue in my room, I was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to help, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Glendale was a huge disappointment. The outdated facilities and poor customer service made it feel like a budget motel rather than a reputable Hilton property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be looking for better options in the area for future stays.

總體還行，比較乾淨，不過不提供拖鞋和牙膏牙刷，需要自己單獨購買，格倫代爾市中心很不錯，乾淨得有點不像美國

這家酒店綜合各方面都和國內酒店接近，小賣店的店員告訴我，每天早晨他們會提供免費咖啡。我早餐上樓就見有人從小賣店拿著咖啡邊走邊飲。

景色好棒，是有歷史感的酒店，清潔情況有待更好改善。
